BOTIER CLEANING SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS Last Updated: June 19, 2026 By scheduling, paying a deposit, or receiving services from Botier Cleaning Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. SERVICES PROVIDED Botier Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, organization services, and related property maintenance services. All services are customized based on the customer's needs and the condition of the property. 2. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the final balance of the service. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. 3. PAYMENT POLICY Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Electronic Payments, and Approved Online Payment Platforms. 4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty if at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $80. 5. REFUND POLICY Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. If a customer is dissatisfied, notification must be made within 24 hours of service completion. 6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES Customers agree to provide safe access, ensure utilities are available, secure pets, remove valuables from work areas, and provide accurate information regarding the property. 7. ARRIVAL WINDOW Appointments include an arrival window of up to one hour before or after the scheduled time due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. 8. MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING Move-in and move-out cleaning services are priced based on vacant properties. Additional charges may apply when cleaners must work around belongings or excessive clutter. 9. HOURLY SERVICES Hourly cleaning services are billed at $80 per hour with a minimum service requirement of two hours. 10. SERVICES NOT PROVIDED No biohazards, waste removal, blood cleanup, hazardous chemicals, mold remediation, pest extermination work, or unsafe areas. 11. DAMAGES & CLAIMS Damage claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours and include supporting documentation when possible.
12. PHOTOGRAPHS Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality control, documentation, training, and marketing purposes. 13. PETS Customers are responsible for securing pets when necessary. 14. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS Additional charges may apply if the property's actual condition requires substantially more labor, time, or supplies than anticipated. 15. VALUABLE ITEMS Customers are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, collectibles, firearms, confidential documents, and other valuables. 16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. 17. FORCE MAJEURE Botier Cleaning Services is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. 18. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 19.
